TAMPA BAY REFERRAL ASSOCIATES

Tampa Bay Referral Associates is an independent company that provides those with active Florida real estate licenses a way to engage in the real estate referral business.

How does it work? If you know anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate anywhere in the U.S., contact our office with the information and we will place your referral. Or, if you know an active sales associate you can place the referral yourself. When the sale occurs as a result of your referral and the sale closes, you will be paid a referral fee.

Benefits:

·  Active License Status: Affiliation with Tampa Bay Referral Associates keeps your license active so you can be paid referral fees. If you subsequently decide to go into real estate sales, all you need to do is activate your license.

·  Low Cost: Because Tampa Bay Referral Associates is not associated with the national, state or local Associations of REALTORS®, there are no REALTOR® Association and multiple listing service fees. You also do not have to pay for errors and omissions insurance. You only pay minimal annual affiliation dues to Tampa Bay Referral Associates.

·  Continuing Assistance: Seminars, quarterly newsletters and guidelines on obtaining and closing referrals is a benefit to all referral associates.

·  Easy Extra Income: You can establish a lucrative side business simply by referring friends, family and acquaintances with real estate needs, or even yourself.

·  Little Work Required: You only have to get the basic contact information from the client and submit it to us. We do the rest!

Who Can Join:

·  If you have an active Florida real estate license, you can simply transfer your license to Tampa Bay Referral Associates.

·  If you have an inactive Florida real estate license, you can activate it and place it with Tampa Bay Referral Associates.

·  If you are just getting your real estate license in Florida, you may place your license with Tampa Bay Referral Associates, or we have positions available with our affiliated company, Diamond Dwellings Realty.
